Greetings Everyone:

Here are my notes from the last meeting.  Please feel free to modify  
and add to as necessary.

Notes from 11/13/09 CAMPAIGN Meeting

Bill and Kai discussed the nature and size of the data being used for  
clustering.  Kai presented current clustering algorithm on which he is  
working.  Marc presented layout for SW repository which was discussed  
and modified.

Next meeting in December.  (NB:  Subsequently set at  Friday the 11th  
at 3 PM at SFSU).

TO DO:

Marc: make bill, kai administrators on simtk.org.

Marc:  Start repository on simtk.org after talking with Mike Wong  
about structure.

Kai: provide Bill with a large data set, data appropriate for  
CAMPAIGN, for analysis.

Bill:  Download, analyze data set provided by Kai.
