Kai, Bill:

Here are the notes from the telephone conversation today with Kai and  
me:

We're shooting for a prerelease date before the 21st of May.

Kai and Marc are to meet at Stanford May 5, 2010 at 1 PM.  Location  
TBD.  Bill still away?

As much as possible of the following to be done before meeting:

* Marc to refactor current code  into .cpp, .cu, .h form, with eye to  
standardizing API and librarying
* Marc to continue work on dataIO object - break into parser, add  
ability to choose device
* Marc to delete kcentersGPU1D
* Kai to commit more methods
* Kai to complete heiracrchicalGPU method
* Kai to look into why kmeansCPU not passing tests
* Kai to provide sample license header, Marc to tack onto all files
* Kai to send text about clustering methods, Marc to format for doxygen

Other issues to be resolved before prerelease:
* Smoketest to be changed to GPU / CPU sanity check for release -  
checks to see that CPU data = GPU data
* Metrics directory?
