Reminder:  Friday is my last day before going on leave



Last 2 weeks:



·         OpenSim/Neuromuscular DBP:  NMS Physiome - Meeting with Deborah
Testi



·         OpenMM & OpenMM Zephyr

o   NNIN OpenMM Zephyr workshop – small but interested group of attendees,
not our primary “market”

o   OpenMM workshop – Dry run;  sent out prep instructions to attendees
and followed up with them;  prepared manuals, handouts, etc. for workshop



·         RNA DBP

o   RNA meeting preparations took place – good talks but would be better
to run as integrated part of meeting, instead of as ancillary meeting

o   Chicago RNA workshop  - 19 registered and confirmed so far

o   Book chapter – submitted!



·         BCR

o   Conducted interviews for Protein Mechanica and Lower Limb model
stories

o   Reviewed feature stories





This week:



·         OpenSim/Neuromuscular DBP

o   NMS Physiome

§  Set up Simbios buildings/square in Biomedtown

§  Initial set of work tasks proposed and submitted to Matteo

o   Set dates for upcoming workshops and dissemination opportunities



·         OpenMM & OpenMM Zephyr – workshop & follow-up



·         RNA DBP - Chicago RNA workshop

o   Test out software and send out instructions to confirmed participants
for installing

o   Prepare materials to take out for workshop (survey, update manuals if
needed,
)



·         BCR – write Simbios News stories



·         Updates to Simtk.org & Simbios webpages

o   Specification for linked projects

o   Specification for unacceptable email addresses
