Dear all,

I am pleased to annonce, that a new version of EMMA has been uploaded to Simtk!
It is only a minor change revision, but contains a couple important bug fixes.

*When using a stepwidth >1 for clustering only the first input trajectory was actually used for clustering. This has now been fixed
*When the datasets were large, regulartemporal and regularspatial clustering algorithms would run out of memory.

If you are currently using the software please update to the new release version at:
https://simtk.org/project/xml/downloads.xml?group_id=513

Furthermore, if you think you encounter any Bugs, please don't hesitate to contact any of the developers.

Best,
Antonia Mey
