[Feature-dev] All currently known bugs fixed

Hi all,

All currently known bugs, including those introduced in previous revisions discovered by the extended test coverage, have been identified and corrected. There will be no code freeze for this sprint.

Gurgen, I need you to replace the char * and char [] with strings, especially the Atom class and Parse methods. Modifying Parse would be fastest with unit testing, so let's talk about that when you have time. So far you've been doing a great job, it's time to finish this part up so we can move forward.

Mauricio, when you get back, we need to talk about the regression test system and continue to aggressively extend test coverage so that we can reliably guarantee identical behavior to r418. I think we should look into running the feature vectors on about 20 PDBs and scoring them against the model. I need you to take the lead on that, in addition to documenting WebFEATURE for Gemma.
