How to synchronize data on Jw_tsgait_10_grf and jw_tsgait_10_trajactories?

I'm calculating screw axes on each time steps and tried to synchronize it to
the measured Ground reaction force.

 

There are COP1, COP2, COP3, and COP4 date available in grf data and each
force plate has its own reference frame or using same reference as
trajectories data?

 

What is one gait cycle? Do we need to process stance phase of data?
