[Population Modeling] Descriptive and predictive Models

Greetings Modelers,

Katy Börner from Indiana uses visualization to show many scientific
elements . I heard her webinar yesterday where she was talking about
descriptive models.

You may wish to jump to the 33 minute mark when she talks about descriptive
and predictive models. Her visualizations may be helpful to locate the
proper scientific collaboration and assess impact.

I also suggest you jump to 47 minute mark where she discusses modeling
challenges.
