Gentle sequoia users-

I have now created a binary executable of sequoia for the windows
platform for version 0.9.9a. This version lacks the annoying timed
expiration of some earlier versions. This makes three platforms for
this version: linux, mac, and windows. You can get the executables at:

http://bruns.homeip.net/~bruns/sequoia.html

or at

https://simtk.org/projects/sequoia/

The new version has had only the lightest of testing, so please keep
an itchy trigger finger on the bug reports, so that everyone may benefit.
