revised version -- lots of work was done on it already.</p>
<p>Perhaps we can recirculate the last version of the google doc
version of it and set a deadline for finishing it? I don't believe

editorial office, but would it be helpful to get
a sense of the process first and then ask for
clarification as needed? At what point will we
have enough responses from contributors to
