I have now done this. It is a very spammy-seeming web site. I 
cannot see the document through their portal.

Q20 is not so much part of a book as part of a conference
proceedings. It would best be cited with @article type 
rather than @inbook, but that’s up to the journal’s house style.
I don’t think this matters much. It is normal to have page
ranges when articles are published as part of collections,
e.g. journal issues, conference proceedings etc. Not sure
what the confusion is here.
