Main discussion points were:

John Gennari offered editorial services for a fthe next two weeks

Jacob Barhak insisted on agreement of all contributors on final version and pointed out that some contributions were entirely deleted in a recent edit which may not be useful to reach consensus

Rahuman Sheriff suggested that contributors will be assigned to specific sections and their ideas will be preserved in those sections - this proposal gained wide approval

Tingting Tang asked to contribute to a section on issues with data

Eric Forgoston asked to add back text about stochastic elements in modeling

James Glazier mentioned special issues and later mentioned he is ok with some of those not being in the paper

There was an attempt to recognize the main contributors to several sections, yet this was incomplete so it was decided that John Gennari will locate the main contributors by section and send an email to the group with a list of contributors per section with a link to the draft that we will work on

Alexander Kulesza and Tomas Helikar who are new contributors will identify a section they wish to contribute to and send text for that section.

Jacob Barhak mentioned that not all contributors are listed on the mailing list - the recipients of this email should include all contributors.

Jacob Barhak
emphasized the need to finalize this editing process quickly to avoid delaying science

If there are major topics discussed that I summarized incorrectly or I have not mentioned, feel free to reply to the group with additions and corrections - it is important that all contributors, even those who can not attend, understand the process we are going to take.

Hopefully my summary of what was discussed is good enough, yet corrections are welcome.

Jacob
