[Vpcomorbidities-subgroup] Changes in the document

Hello all,

Today we had a meeting regarding the Comorbidities subgroup - Multiscale
Modeling and Viral Pandemics.

We discussed some changes about the document. One main point was if we want
to do work at human population level or at molecular-cell levels. One
conclusion reached is that as main goal of multiscale models both should be
coupled.
