[Zephyr-news] New version of Zephyr now available

With version 0.9.2, OpenMM Zephyr makes it even easier to run molecular
dynamics simulations.  This latest version has automated many of the steps
for converting PDB molecule files into the AMBER96 format required for the
simulations. It now also supports 64-bit Linux.  To download this newest
version, visit  http://simtk.org/home/zephyr.
