[Zephyr-news] OpenMM Zephyr Now Supports Explicit Solvent Simulations and GPU Calculations on ATI Boards

We're excited to announce the release of OpenMM Zephyr 2.0, based on the
most recent release of OpenMM.  In this new version, you are able to run
explicit solvent simulations from the graphical user interface.   In
addition, OpenMM Zephyr now supports OpenCL on all platforms, including
ATI GPU boards.  

 

You can download the latest version from http://simtk.org/home/zephyr.
