[Campaign-news] milestones for (late) January

Hope you guys are having a good holiday season. I'm leaving tomorrow,  
gone for a month, but should have regular email access.

Marc and I talked yesterday to set up some goals for late January.  
Kai, please let us know what you think.

Marc will:

1) Implement code repository
2) Doxygenate code
3) Implement smoke testing with the new dataset from Kai.

Bill will:

1) Run Kai's new dataset, try profiling code with cuda profiler
