Dissemination Update 

August 3, 2009

 

Last week:

 

.         P41 pre-proposal - assisted as needed 



.         Strategic planning

o   Metrics - reviewed citations of publications for key Simbios software
(these are being tagged and entered into an EndNotes library).  Done
except for villin trajectory data publication.

 

.         Renewal

o   Myosin DBP letters - only one positive response so far.  Drafted
template letter for that individual.

 

.         BCR

o   Review of Drupal site - in process  (call with Ben on Friday to
identify "problem" in using site)

o   Created collaborator map for editorial

o   Reviewed more NewsBytes story ideas

 

.         OpenSim

o   Reviewed grant proposal idea

o   August workshop planning - sent out reminder for goal slides

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Suspending/Sending warnings of suspension to Simtk.org Users

o   Prioritized projects

o   Testing bug fixes that Chris has implemented

 

.         Biositemap

o   Collecting feedback from others

 

This week:

 

.         P41 pre-proposal - help as needed

.         OpenSim August workshop planning - help as needed 

.         OpenMM - preparations for new release this Friday  (updated
documentations, prepare notifications to newsletters, etc.)

.         BCR

o   Draft of MSMBuilder article

o   Complete review of Drupal site

.         Simtk.org website

o   Review projects and user profiles for appropriateness

.         Renewal - send out draft letters
