Last week:

 

.         Renewal

o   Sent draft letter out to one individual for myosin DBP

 

.         BCR

o   Draft of MSMBuilder article completed

 

.         OpenSim

o   August workshop preparations - followed up with participants for
slides, created Simtk.org project

o   R24 grant - researched other existing centers, planning

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Suspended/Sent warnings of suspension to Simtk.org Users - 5/6th done

o   QA for bug fixes and feature requests that are being done

o   Updated feature requests and specifications

 

.         Biositemap

o   Collecting feedback from others

 

This week:

 

.         OpenSim

o   Support workshop this week

o   R24 grant - prepare outline

 

.         Renewal - Send draft letter to Li Niu

 

.         OpenMM - new release postponed.  Follow up and  publicize when
release is put out.

 

.         BCR - Complete review of Drupal site 

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Send warnings of suspension to Simtk.org Users - complete review of
all users (~1/6th left)

o   Review projects and clean up

o   QA for bug fixes & features that are being done

o   Identify two new publication projects to add to the site and begin
working to get those up

 

.         Misc

o   Follow up with faculty, etc. on conferences and publications for NIH
