.         OpenSim

o   Supported August workshop

o   R24 grant - started preparation of outline

o   NMS Physiome grant paperwork

o   Update user guide - checked in on status

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Suspend/Sent warnings of suspension to all current Simtk.org Users 

o   QA for bug fixes continues

 

.         BCR

o   Feedback on cover ideas

o   Began editing stories for next issue

 

 

 

This week:

 

.         RNA

o   Prepare draft of material for RNA book chapter

 

.         OpenSim

o   August workshop follow up - surveys, news item, get movies for
gallery, etc.

o   R24 grant - complete outline

o   NMS Physiome grant paperwork 

 

.         OpenMM (assuming release this week)

o   Update page and instructions for OpenMM-accelerated MINDY and how to
read in different types of data

o   Press release RE new release

 

.         BCR

o   Complete review of Drupal site 

o   Edit articles

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Follow up with warnings of suspension to Simtk.org Users 

o   Review projects and clean up

 

.         Misc

o   Compile info on upcoming conferences faculty, etc. are attending
