Dissemination Update 

August 24, 2009

Last week:

.         Renewal letters - received and reviewed the 3 received on
SimVascular

.         OpenSim

o   August workshop follow up - news item on Simtk.org and Simbios
websites 

o   R24 grant - met with Scott RE more planning 

o   NMS Physiome grant - updates provided for negotiations

.         BCR - Edited all articles for next issue

.         Compiled and updated webpages on upcoming conferences faculty,
etc. are attending (waiting on a few details before making pages live)

This week:

.         OpenSim

o   Update developer guide - check in on status

o   August workshop follow up - survey 

o   R24 grant - send in letter of intent, continue working on draft 

o   NMS Physiome grant - send in proxy letter, additional support as
needed

.         OpenMM

o   Complete testing of new release downloads

o   Provide updated installation instructions

o   Provided publicity for new release

.         BCR

o   Complete review of Drupal site 

o   Additional editing input, as needed, for next issue

.         Renewal letters - send out requests to SimVascular R01 grant
recipients

.         RNA

o   Prepare draft of material for RNA book chapter 

.         Prepare for next Monday's tech meeting presentation

.         Simtk.org

o   Follow up with warnings of suspension to Simtk.org Users 

o   Spec out what's required for publication projects for GPU paper for
OpenMM and Jung-Chi's paper on Myosin VI 

o   Testing of bug fixes and feature implementations, as needed
