Last week:

 

.         Strategic planning

o   Metrics - reviewing citations of publications for key Simbios software
(these are being tagged and entered into an EndNotes library)

o   Goal setting - new goals set for next June (see
http://wiki.simtk.org/dissemination/)

 

.         Renewal

o   Template testimonial letters drafted and sent out to 4 individuals for
cardiovascular DBP

o   Sent out requests for myosin DBP letters

 

.         BCR

o   Reviewed ideas for NewsBytes

o   Began reviewing sample Drupal site

 

.         Simbios webpage

o   Gathered info and had peoples and alumni pages updated

 

.         RNA

o   Planning meeting for RNA book chapter

 

.         OpenSim

o   Met with Jeff RE API developer guide

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Changes for Biositemap (ontology and keywords) - tested new interface

o   Updated news

 

This week:

 

.         P41 pre-proposal - help as needed

.         OpenSim August workshop planning - help as needed

.         BCR

o   Draft of MSMBuilder article

o   Continue reviewing ideas for NewsBytes - still need to find 2 more
story ideas

.         Review RFA for OpenSim dissemination

.         Simtk.org website

o   Continue testing changes for ontology/keyword interface and
biositemaps

o   Prioritize website projects

o   Review projects and user profiles for appropriateness
