Dissemination Update 

June 13, 2009

 

Last week:

.         MSMBuilder workshop

o   Tested VM solution for MSMBuilder

o   One-on-one dry run of both exercises

 

.         RNA workshop 

o   Tested RNABuilder and NAST examples and installation on different
platforms

o   Reviewed websites, compiled installation instructions and sent out to
workshop participants 

o   Met with Sam and Magda one-on-one to review slides 

o   2nd dry run for RNABuilder and NAST

o   Draft of tutorial documentation for RNABuilder and NAST completed  

o   Checked out set up for two slide projects and screens  / Met with
Blanca RE logistics for day-of

 

This week:

.         Final preparations for RNA workshop 

.         RNA workshop

.         Manuals drafted & edited, installation instructions sent out,
dry runs for MD workshop series 

.         Update biositemap
