Last week:

.         RNA Workshop

o   Completed editing, printed, and bound manuals for RNABuilder and NAST

o   Followed up with attendees RE software installation

o   Created survey for RNA workshop

o   RNA workshop on Friday!

 

.         MSMBuilder

o   Verified and sent out installation instructions to participants

o   Full dry run with Greg and Xuhui

o   Completed first-round editing of manual

 

.         Zephyr

o   Met with Chris to prepare for me giving Zephyr presentation for MD
workshop series

o   Reviewed mdrun slides and did 2nd dry run with Mark

 

.         OpenMM

o   Installation instructions for OpenMM posted 

o   Email sent out to workshop participants 

 

.         Biositemap updated to conform with latest BRO and naming
conventions

 

 

This week (workshop season continues):

 

.         Zephyr

o   Update and prepare for Zephyr dry run (Mon) and presentation (Fri)

 

.         MD Workshop series

o   Final editing, printing and binding of MSMBuilder manuals

o   Prepare handouts for OpenMM workshop day

o   Follow up with participants regarding installation

o   Create surveys for each day of workshop series

o   Wed-Fri:  workshop!

 

.         RNA Workshop

o   Compile survey results
