OpenMM:

*Created new OpenMM poster for Xuhui

-- June Workshop planning:  draft agenda and announcement

 

MSMBuilder 

 

                * To be done next week:

                                --Test code 

                                --Put together timeline for workshop
preparations

 

RNA Workshop:

                * Followed up with individuals about timeline and software
status 

 

                *To be done next week:

                      --Create flyer and website announcement of workshop.


      --Test out RNABuilder 

 

Zephyr:

                *To be done next week:

                                --Release Zephyr 0.5

                                --Organize focus group to get feedback

                                --Review challenge grant proposal

 

Collaboration with the Physiome project:

                * Reviewed collaboration proposal and worked on logistics
for proposal

 

* To be done next week:

                                --Rewrite required as one of the
collaborators has been unable to get co-funding.  

Additional reviews and edits, as needed

 

Testimonial letters:

                 *To be done next week:

                                --Organize list of names of targets for
