OpenMM:

*Next OpenMM workshop scheduled for June 25-26 at Stanford (Clark S361)

                *To be held in conjunction with an MSMBuilder workshop on
June 24 (in Clark S361) 

                *Vijay will work to get AMBER and CHARMM developers to the
workshop

 

* To be done next week:

-- Update OpenMM poster for Xuhui to use at the US-Mexico Workshop in
Biological Chemistry at end of month

 

MSMBuilder 

 

                * To be done next week:

                                --Test code (to be posted on project's
Downloads page early next week)

 

RNA Workshop:

                * Drew up preliminary timeline for workshop preparations 

 

                *To be done next week:

                      --Get Sam to post RNABuilder

      --Test out RNABuilder 

 

 

Collaboration with the Physiome project:

                * Reviewed collaboration proposal and worked on logistics
for proposal

                                --Additional reviews and edits, as needed

 

 

BCR:

*Edited final designed proofs for issue

Metrics & dissemination strategy:

                                --Research ideas for increased
dissemination of SimTK Core

                *Updated Google calendar

Cross-NCBC activities:

                *Cross-NCBC calendar went live.  Announcement sent out to
the SDIWG and dissemination reps from the other NCBCs.
