Last 2 weeks:

 

.         OpenSim - October workshop:  installation instructions and
testing;  developers guide completed;  survey created and distributed;
documented workshop for future write-ups and PR

 

.         OpenMM 

o   PyOpenMM testing

o   OpenMM user guide - updated instructions;  wrote up explanations of
example code;  compiled and edited complete document for beta release

 

.         BCR

o   Reviewed NewsBytes ideas

o   Reviewed feature story

 

This week:

 

.         Dissemination planning

o   Update metrics

o   BCATS - prepare materials for demo table

o   Supercomputing- provide materials for NVIDIA(?) and Stanford booths 

 

.         OpenMM - test release

 

.         BCR 

o   Review feature stories

o   Set up interviews for Simbios News article

 

.         RNA - Compile RNA book chapter to send out for review
