Last week:

 

.         Dissemination planning

o   BCATS - prepared materials for demo table

o   Supercomputing- provided for Stanford booth.  No participation with
NVIDIA planned after all. 

 

.         OpenMM - tested and promoted release

 

.         OpenSim - workshop follow up (posting materials, survey)

 

.         BCR 

o   Reviewed one of the feature stories

o   Set up interviews for Simbios News article

o   Searched for Under the Hood writer

 

.         RNA - Editing RNA book chapter to send out for review by others

 

 

This week:

 

.         Dissemination planning - Update metrics and review goals

 

.         OpenMM - review documentation for, test, and promote PyOpenMM

 

.         BCR 

o   Review 2nd feature story

o   Write Simbios News article

 

.         RNA - Complete editing of RNA book chapter and send out for
review 

 

.         Lepton - decide on branding and promote
