Last week:

 

.         Dissemination planning - Workshop planning for the year

o   Finalized and submitted proposal for Zephyr/Intro to MD short course
for American Chemical Society

o   Finalized and submitted proposal for Biophysical meeting - Ancillary
Meeting  (will hear back in early Nov)

 

.         OpenSim

o   R24 grant  - completed and submitted

o   Set up Simtk.org project for October workshop

 

.         Zephyr - announced release on-line

 

.         OpenMM user manual  - created preliminary draft from available
material

 

.         Simtk.org - tested bug fixes 

 

 

This week:

 

.         Dissemination planning 

o   Update metrics

o   Begin preparations for upcoming conferences:  BCATS, Supercomputing?

 

.         RNA - Prepare draft of material for RNA book chapter & integrate
all submissions for chapter

 

.         BCR - test Drupal site

 

.         OpenMM user manual - draft examples section

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Identify what's needed for publication projects on OpenMM GPU paper
and Jung-Chi's paper on Myosin VI

o   Testing of bug fixes and feature changes
