.         RNA - Prepared draft of material for RNA book chapter

 

.         OpenSim - Compiled draft of developer guide

 

.         Zephyr - Help debug Zephyr installation process on Linux 64-bit

 

.         BCR - Reviewed NewsBytes ideas for next issue

 

.         Simtk.org - Testing of bug fixes and feature changes (broken
links, downloads summary)

 

This week:

 

.         Dissemination planning

o   Update metrics

o   BCATS - prepare materials for demo table

o   Supercomputing- provide materials for NVIDIA booth 

 

.         OpenSim October workshop preparations

o   Developer guide - complete editing, ready to print

o   Survey - preliminary draft

 

.         OpenMM user manual  - write chapter on running test examples;
assemble

 

.         Zephyr  - Test new beta version 

 

.         BCR 

o   Complete selection of NewsBytes ideas

o   Decide on Simbios News article topic
