Last week:

 

.         Tech meeting presentation - prepared slides and presented

 

.         RNA - Reviewed draft of FEATURE manual 

 

.         OpenSim

o   R24 grant -draft of didactic interactions section done

o   NMS Physiome grant - updated LEAR forms;  reviewed grant agreement and
consortium agreement for passing along to contracts office

o   August workshop wrap-up:  finished posting all items - photos, slides,
etc. 

o   October workshop preparations:  Sent out confirmations for last 4
participants for October workshop;  closed registration

 

.         Renewal - Sent requests to and received positive responses from
cardiovascular R01 recipients to write letters

 

.         OpenMM

o   Tested of new release on Vista Gateway laptop

o   Posted announcement RE new release on a few websites & sent info to
BioInform  - short news item appeared in last Friday's BioInform

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Testing of bug fixes and feature changes

 

 

This week:

 

.         Update metrics

 

.         OpenSim

o   R24 grant - complete draft on pilot grants & visiting scholar program

o   NMS Physiome grant - review and update paperwork related to contracts

o   Help with and post updates to OpenSim user manual

 

.         Renewal - Prepare sample letters for SimVascular R01
collaborators

 

.         Zephyr

o   Test new version

o   Update manual

 

.         BCR - proof final design

 

.         SimVascular - Letter of support for SimVascular software
maintenance grant that is being submitted by Nathan Wilson

 

.         Simtk.org - Testing of bug fixes and feature changes
