Last week:

 

.         Dissemination planning

o   Reviewed SimTK users - what do they list as expected use

o   Workshop planning for the year - drafted proposal for Zephyr/Intro to
MD short course for American Chemical Society

 

.         OpenSim R24 grant - completed draft for pilot projects/collab
opps section

 

.         Renewal - drafted and sent sample letters to SimVascular R01
collaborators

 

.         Zephyr - tested new version;  worked with Chris to debug issues

 

.         Simtk.org - proposed list of Simtk.org users to suspend based on
invalid user name and/or institution

 

 

This week:

 

.         Dissemination planning - Workshop planning for the year 

o   Finalize and submit proposal for Zephyr/Intro to MD short course for
American Chemical Society

o   Proposal for Biophysical meeting - Ancillary Meeting

o   Follow up with info request to RNA Society meeting

 

.         RNA - Prepare draft of material for RNA book chapter

 

.         OpenSim

o   R24 grant - edit all available text for research plan;  assist with
submitting grant to our grants office

o   October workshop preparations - gather available text for developer
guide 

 

.         OpenMM - OpenMM user manual 

o   Review Gromacs & AMBER manuals for ideas

o   Investigate ways to integrate and maintain different chapters

o   Preliminary outline of manual 

 

.         Zephyr

o   Complete testing

o   Update manual

o   Post announcements on web, Simbios News, etc.

 

.         Simtk.org

o   Testing of bug fixes and feature changes 

o   Follow up with warnings of suspension to Simtk.org Users
