Dissemination Update 

February 8, 2009

 

Last week:

 

.         OpenSim/Neuromuscular DBP

o   User's guide - incorporated most edits received to-date;  sent out
request for clarification on a few points  

o   NMS Physiome - Reviewed Marco's document, provided list of
dissemination channels we have & proposal for next steps with Martina;
contacted Stanford News Office about possible press release  

 

.         OpenMM & OpenMM Zephyr 

o   OpenMM workshop:  20 registered to-date;  8 accepted to-date (5 for
Day 1;  5 for Day 2)

o   Coordinated presentations for OpenMM workshop and Zephyr workshop at
NNIN

 

.         RNA DBP - Book chapter - generated another version and sent out
request for specific edits/updates 

 

.         Updates to Simtk.org & Simbios webpages - Tested umbrella
project 

 

 

This week:

 

.         OpenSim/Neuromuscular DBP

o   User's guide - complete  

 

.         OpenMM & OpenMM Zephyr 

o   Test OpenMM Zephyr (new test version needed?)

o   Test PyOpenMM  (new release end of this week?)

o   Promote PyOpenMM and Zephyr 1.0

 

.         RNA DBP

o   RNA meeting preparations:  confirm room set-up;  identify speakers;
create fliers;  promote

o   Chicago RNA workshop  - Get date & time/format set for;  check on
status of software for workshop 

o   Book chapter - generate new version, hopefully final for review

 

.         BCR 

o   Set up interviews for Simbios News stories

o   Review editorial & UTH articles

 

.         Updates to Simtk.org & Simbios webpages 

o   Umbrella project

o   Specification for linked projects
