Last week:



·         OpenSim/Neuromuscular DBP

o   User’s guide – completed and posted with 2.0.1 release



·         OpenMM & OpenMM Zephyr

o   OpenMM 1.1 released on Friday

o   Workshop update

§  14 accepted for Day 1 (1 spot left)

§  Day 2 is full with wait list



·         RNA DBP

o   RNA meeting preparations:  confirmed room set-up

o   Chicago RNA workshop  - Date and room confirmed

o   Book chapter – generated new version and sent around for review



·         BCR - Reviewed editorial, NewsBytes & UTH articles







This week:



·         OpenSim/Neuromuscular DBP

o   NMS Physiome

§  Meeting with Deborah Testi

§  Set up Simbios buildings/square in Biomedtown



·         OpenMM & OpenMM Zephyr

o   Test OpenMM Zephyr

o   OpenMM workshop – Dry run;  check updates to MSMBuilder;  send out
prep instructions to attendees



·         RNA DBP

o   RNA meeting preparations:  create fliers;  promote

o   Chicago RNA workshop  - Set agenda;  check on status of software for
workshop;  set up and publicize registration

o   Book chapter – update and send final version to Russ



·         BCR

o   Conduct interviews for and draft Protein Mechanica story

o   Review stories



·         Updates to Simtk.org & Simbios webpages

o   Retest umbrella project

o   Specification for linked projects
