[Feature-users] problem with FEATURE

Dear Russ Altman,
    I am very interested in applying your FEATURE program for my current research work of zinc binding sites prediction. I have Installed the program. I have the PDB and DSSP file of my target protein. However, I can't get the results which residue binding Zn or not. I wonder if you can kindly tell me  how to do with them .
