[Opensim-testers] repeated analysis warning messages slow the execution of analyses

When any analysis is executed on a model with locked joints, these two
warnings fill up the screen multiple times and slow down the analysis
execution

Coordinate.setValue: WARN- coordinate xxx is locked. Unable to change its
value.
Muscle xxx has 0. FiberLength. Aborting...

Not sure what they are trying to warn about, but they could only appear once
so the analysis is not slowed down at each time frame.
