[Population Modeling] Sources of public medical data

Dear all,

thank you for those very useful links! I know it is only German data, 
but the Robert Koch Institute (RKI) provides a database on very detailed 
epidemiological data on infectious diseases. This includes time and 
location as well as patient characteristics (age and sex).
