[Population Modeling] PharmML

Greetings to all modelers interested in sharing/exchanging models,

DDMoRe has been very active lately with regards to promoting PHarmML -
their model exchange format. This information is arriving from multiple
channels in different flavors, so I figured it is worth mentioning again
with a technical emphasis.

Maciej has already mentioned this language at:

They reached very high as you can see in the picture in:
https://sites.google.com/site/pharmmltemp/

For the technical folk in this list, I am forwarding a link to the specs
document:

This document will show capabilities that may fit many modelers.
