Greetings to all collaborative paper contributors,

Sufficient number of authors has gathered, either by replying to the
original request below or by sending an introduction.

The plan is to proceed is as follows:

I will edit your contributions into a paper just like last time and will
submit it by Sunday tomorrow to SummerSim for consideration. I will post
the submitted version online for all to see.

We will have a review period of a few weeks to make changes.

If anyone wants to volunteer to handle the submission and finish it within
the rushed time constraints, please let me know. I will be happy to pass
all the material I got so far and pass control.

I hope for a smooth publication process.

        Jacob
