[Vp-integration-subgroup] [Vp-reproduce-subgroup] White paper revision

Looking at this email thread, I may be interested in contributing to the
section on stochastic modelling. However, I have not contributed anything
(writing or editing or discussing) to the paper thus far, so if it is
too late to come in at this juncture, that would be understandable.

If it is okay for me to come in, please add me as an editor to the Google
doc that I should be editing.
