Note that to get the paper published the first reviewer has to be convinced
to raise his acceptance grade.

Also, to keep the review process public, I will ask that any communication
with any of the reviewers regarding this paper would be reported to the
mailing list or to me privately. No private communication on this matter
please.

And do note that the process of convincing the reviewers should finish
within a week. Yet the discussion is not limited in time.
