[Population Modeling] Introduction Email

Hi Jason,

When Synthea outputs to EHR, it uses  HL7 or FHIR - this is an advantage
over many other systems. I thought it is worthwhile mentioning this beyond
your text.

I also saw it has built in modules and you already modeled some diseases
such as diabetes, beyond your example.
