[Vp-integration-subgroup] Licensing issues

My university (Lehigh) told faculties that we own the copyright  (which is
different from IP).  But that was on scenario of teaching materials being
posted by students on website such as coursehero -   the university
basically said they won't help us protect these copyright and we have to
protect it ourselves.
